But I'm guessing last time it was another security certificate update issue that was quietly fixed after I bought it to TalkTalk's attention here. Of course this might be a temporary issue caused by who knows what that will be resolved as quickly as it has occurred. It has been working perfectly ever since. I'm suspicious of that being the resolution/cause in the previous case too because, magically, a short time after I started having to use Thunderbird with the AV Mail Shield off I turned it back on again and found the problem had disappeared. However, this time, disabling my AV's Mail Shield temporarily has not 'fixed' the problem. Now I know that is OK because, as usual, I can login directly to my TalkTalk email account using that password so, again, it appears to be a Thunderbird issue. Working yesterday 31.08.23 no problem but when I've tried many times in the last hour it is reporting that when it tries to connect to my email account and I'm prompted to re-enter the password. In Thunderbird, I clicked on the ‘+’ sign by ‘Calendar’.Thunderbird (v102.14.0) has suddenly started reporting that the login to my web mail has failed. Let me tell you what has happened so far in following your directions and trying to get Thunderbird to find my ATT/Yahoo calendar and to display it in Thunderbird. So, then it was available for me to use again, when the Thunderbird dialog box called for it. Then, I copied and pasted to a Word document, and there the complete URL was pasted into Word. ![]() To get a copy of it, I put my cursor at the place where it says ‘Get sharable link (most secure)’ and then I dragged the cursor all the way to the bottom of the dialog box. On my Firebox browser screen when I put the cursor on the ICS URL, I could see all of it at the bottom of the browser screen. I’ve followed your directions and your screenshot and I actually did have luck in seeing the entire ICS link. Clearly, that URL does not work to get the ATT/Yahoo calendar into Thunderbird. I used the URL that shows up in my FireFox browser tab for my calendar when I am in my ATT/Yahoo account. You asked where I got the URL for the calendar. I want to tell that I’ve made some progress, but not completely. Even though I have my forum notifications set up to receive them by e-mail, I never received your response soon after that (or didn’t recognize the notification in my email). I know that I posted my query over two months ago. Good luck, maybe you can get it to work for you. I couldn't determine that because neither worked for me and I suspect it was because that Save button didn't work to keep the calendar in shareable mode. I also wasn't sure if that link required the regular password (like you use in Thunderbid with OAuth2) or the Secure Mail Key that you need to set up at AT&T for non-OAuth2 email clients. The Save button didn't work in my sbcglobal account so it undid my selection. That should be all you need to set it up in Thunderbird.if this wasn't Yahoo. Enable the Shareable link method and then copy the ICS link (good luck with that, it's hard to get the actual link in full). Click the down arrow next to your name and select Edit Calendar. To set this up you need to go to the Calendar Full View and then look for your name in the left window under My Calendars. ![]() ![]() When you say you used the URL for the calendar, where did you get that URL? Shakendra typo'd the link and I have no idea what it was supposed to be. Sigh.ATTHelp doesn't seem to ever check the links they post.
